Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hakimitradersonline@gmail.com. Or Whatsapp us at 0332 2322377 Returns should be sent to Shop No. 56, 1st Floor, Gull Plaza, M.A. Jinnah Rd, Karachi. After approval, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions. Items sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items Perishable goods, custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges Return the item first, then make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund in 10 business days, contact us at 0332 2322377
